Charges and Fees
The customer is responsible for all applicable customs, import duties, fees, taxes and other charges and fees (even if you refuse any shipment upon delivery). VAT, duties and other charges are not collected by us.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete address for the delivery of their order. In the event that the customer's package is delivered to the wrong address due to an incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any related shipping charges that may apply to correct the situation.
